Choose your size

Small (60 mm diameter) is our suggested starting point for new users, and may also suit you if you know you have a lower cervix or prefer smaller internal period products.

Consider Large (68 mm diameter) if you’ve given birth vaginally, know you have a higher cervix, or have found larger internal period products suit you better.
